Love Can Take You
May 2, 2012 by thewritingaficionado

Silly boy,
Silly beautiful boy—
Didn’t you know
That I wasn’t looking for love?
Silly girl,
Silly naïve girl—
Why was I foolish enough
To fall in love with him?

Love sometimes just happens lol
You never know when it’ll take you!
silly, no way the love you speak of is divine and perfect between you, enjoy it as it gets deeper and even more pleasurable……thank you for the post
It is my pleasure. I’m glad you liked it.
Thanks, I’m glad!

Not exactly… I write fiction
hmmmm, yes, fiction – everyone knows how real fiction really is
For someone who writes fiction, you have a fantastical way to write reality. I can see myself in this same scenario you’ve written (been there…and will be there again no doubt).
Indeed, I’ve fallen so much that I’ve put up a guard out of fear of falling again. The landing is much too painful….
I understand what you mean. I try to make my writing as relatable as possible in hopes that readers like you are able to make a connection with it. It is perfectly fine to read something enjoyable, but it is a million times better to read something that you can link with your own life.
Sigh, young love. Lovely
Thank you
Very nice. I like the way the simplicity of the poem contrasts with the complexity of the emotions… why oh why indeed!
Thank you so much!
A world of emotion in such few words. Lovely.
Thanks. I really appreciate it!
you’re so welcome
